Welcome to PaddleMatch (the “Service”), operated for members of your club. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Service is intended only for current members of your club or organization.
• You must be authorized by the club to use the Service.

2. Use of Service

• PaddleMatch is a scheduling tool that allows members to request substitutes and organize matches.
• You agree to use the Service respectfully and only for legitimate match-related purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (e.g., dates, times, names, and messages).

3. Privacy & Communications

• Your name and email may be visible to other authorized members for match coordination.
• The Service may send you email notifications related to match requests or responses.
• We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

• PaddleMatch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for match outcomes, injuries, scheduling errors, or availability of players.
• By using the Service, you assume all risks associated with participating in matches or relying on substitute players.

5. Security

• We use reasonable technical measures (e.g., CSRF protection, signed links, secure storage) to safeguard your data.
• However, no system is completely secure. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

6. Changes & Termination

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Service or violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
