Welcome to PaddleMatch (the “Service”), operated for members of your club. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Service is intended only for current members of your club or organization.
- You must be authorized by the club to use the Service.
2. Use of Service
- PaddleMatch is a scheduling tool that allows members to request substitutes and organize matches.
- You agree to use the Service respectfully and only for legitimate match-related purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (e.g., dates, times, names, and messages).
3. Privacy & Communications
- Your name and email may be visible to other authorized members for match coordination.
- The Service may send you email notifications related to match requests or responses.
- We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
- PaddleMatch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for match outcomes, injuries, scheduling errors, or availability of players.
- By using the Service, you assume all risks associated with participating in matches or relying on substitute players.
5. Security
- We use reasonable technical measures (e.g., CSRF protection, signed links, secure storage) to safeguard your data.
- However, no system is completely secure. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
6. Changes & Termination
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Service or violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
